For over 18 years I have worked in Maryland insurance agencies providing quality customer service to clients. During that time I have learned the intricacies of personal insurance; types of policies, policy eligibility, pricing factors, policy nuances, not to mention the impact of claims on insurability. With this knowledge digging into premium questions, coverage concerns and claim issues has been an added value to my clients. I take pride in simplifying the personal insurance process with no sales pressure; giving clients timely information so that they can make educated decisions and breathe easy.

While two policies can look identical on the surface once you dig into the policy you can find many variances. Price should not be the only deciding factor when purchasing an insurance policy. You should also consider the following…

  • Who owns the home or auto.
  • What is the value of the home or auto.
  • What is the claim or driving history for all members of the household.
  • What is your current insurance coverage situation.
  • What coverages are needed and/or desired.
